Passchecked is a visa matching tool that uses your survey responses to identify international remote work, digital nomad, and residency visa programs that may match your profile. Results are generated algorithmically based on publicly available program data.
Passchecked is not a law firm, immigration consultancy, financial advisor, or tax professional. Nothing provided through Passchecked — including your match results, PDF report, or any associated content — constitutes legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice. Visa requirements change frequently. Always verify current requirements on official government websites and consult a qualified immigration attorney or advisor before submitting any application or making any relocation decision.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and up-to-date program data. However, we do not warrant that results are complete, current, or error-free. Program eligibility, income thresholds, fees, and processing times change without notice. Passchecked is a starting point for research, not a definitive determination of eligibility.
The full Passchecked report is available for purchase at $27 USD. All sales are final. Because your personalized PDF report is generated and delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once the report has been delivered to your email address. If you did not receive your report, contact Unmutedco LLC in writing within 7 days of purchase.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Unmutedco LLC does not store your payment card information.
Your purchased PDF report is licensed for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share report content without written permission from Unmutedco LLC. All other content on passchecked.com, including the matching algorithm, scoring logic, visual design, and written content, is the property of Unmutedco LLC.
You may not use Passchecked to scrape data, reverse-engineer our matching logic, create competing products, or submit false information through our survey. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Passchecked report results include links to official government websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of third-party sites.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unmutedco LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Passchecked, reliance on match results, or any immigration or relocation decision made based on our content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to discontinue use.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unmutedco LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Passchecked or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
We may update these terms at any time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of passchecked.com after changes constitutes acceptance.
