Who We Are

Passchecked is a product of Nomadier, operated by Unmutedco LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in New York, United States. Passchecked operates at passchecked.com.

Information We Collect

When you use Passchecked, we collect the following:

Survey responses — your answers to the 8-question visa matching survey, including citizenship, income range, preferred region, stay duration, lifestyle preferences, and tax sensitivity. This data is used solely to generate your visa match results.
Email address — collected at the email gate to deliver your matched results and enroll you in our subscriber list. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Payment information — if you purchase a full report, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data processing.
Purchase metadata — your survey responses are passed to our report generation system via Stripe checkout metadata to produce your personalized PDF report.

How We Use Your Information

To generate your personalized visa match results
To deliver your PDF report via email
To send relevant product updates and newsletter content (with your consent at sign-up)
To improve our matching engine and dataset accuracy

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Email Service Provider

Email addresses are stored and managed through Acelle Mail, operating under the sendunmuted.com infrastructure maintained by Unmutedco LLC. Transactional emails including PDF report delivery are sent via Amazon Web Services Simple Email Service (AWS SES).

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Passchecked does not store or have access to your full payment card details. Stripe processes payments under their own privacy policy and security standards. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant.

Survey Data

Your survey responses are used to generate your visa match results and, if you purchase a report, to produce your personalized PDF. Survey data is not linked to your identity unless you provide an email address. We may use aggregated, anonymized survey data to improve our matching algorithm.

Data Retention

Email addresses are retained for as long as you remain subscribed. You may unsubscribe at any time. Generated PDF reports are stored temporarily on our servers and may be purged periodically. Payment records are retained as required by applicable law and Stripe's data retention policies.

Cookies and Tracking

Passchecked.com does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We may store minimal session data locally in your browser to maintain your survey state. This data does not leave your device.

Children

Passchecked is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your email address from our subscriber list at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email from us. For other data inquiries, contact Unmutedco LLC in writing.

We may update this policy periodically. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
